BowTie Barbecue Co. is a scratch kitchen, a whiskey bar, and a neighborhood institution — all on Waters Ave. We make almost everything by hand, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Atmosphere, service, and food were excellent. My husband and I came for a lunch date and had a great time! The entire restaurant treats their customers like gold! Not only is the service excellent and friendly, but the food is tasty!!! My husband had the hash browns, and I had the butterfly.

Best Ribs I have ever had! Good service too! Our experience: I was craving ribs and this was nearby so my wife and I decided to try it out for our wedding anniversary. We are not local and wanted to try somewhere new anyway.

The food was good. My brisket was a bit dry. I think they might be cutting the brisket without letting it rest because the waitress allowed us to taste a piece prior to ordering because my father has a problem when it is too smokey and the brisket was juicy and delicious.
